You may cancel your reservation, however, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel within 0-3 days of your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel 4 or more days prior to your reservation, we will apply the deposit to a new date within the same calendar year.
• Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for payment in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Cancellations due to weather are determined the morning of your event before we deliver. If we decide to cancel due to poor weather conditions, your deposit would be refunded (unless previously rescheduled).

Inflatables cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph (15 mph for some items) or more, and cannot be used in the rain. It would not be safe for the children.

The morning of your event, we monitor the weather using https://weather.com/. If there is a 50% chance or more for rain or a prediction of winds 20 mph or above, during the time of your event, we may decide to cancel the day of your event. You will be able to get a refund of your deposit/amount paid, or it may be applied to your future rental. Please note, we MUST keep safety in mind at all times, so Bounce Town reserves the right to cancel your rental due to inclement weather at any time.

Rain
If there is a 50% or greater chance for rain during the scheduled time of your event, we may cancel or reschedule your event. However, if the forecast is calling for scattered showers, we recommend we continue with your scheduled delivery. If the forecast is for continuous rain throughout the day, we recommend a cancel or reschedule of your event.

Wind
Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20mph (15 mph for some items). If the forecast is for high winds, we will call to cancel/reschedule your rental. You will be able to receive a full refund if your event is cancelled, or use it towards a future date in the same calendar year.

Temperature
All inflatables can be used in a wide range of temperatures. If the temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees, at any time during your event, we will call the morning of your event to cancel/reschedule your delivery. You will be able to receive a full refund or use it toward a future date in the same calendar year. Keep in mind, any temperature above this, the children’s activity will keep them very warm, and we recommend you continue as scheduled. Deposits will not be refunded for temperature cancellations above 32 degrees.

We need a minimum of 2′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. A 17′x17′ area is required for 13′x13′ unit, 19′x19′ area is required for 15′x15′ unit, Slides, obstacle courses, and interactive games require a minimum of 5′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.

Customers will be expected to call and have utility lines marked prior to rental period.

We cannot guarantee that the units will not affect your lawn. In most cases, it will only temporarily flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.

The inflatable should be within 100ft. of a 110v outlet. We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet being used. Some of our larger inflatables might need multiple outlets on separate circuits. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the power requirements for your inflatable.

Deliveries will follow the CDC social distancing recommendations.

Safety is a huge priority at Bounce Town. During set-up, staff will go over safety procedures and rules to ensure Fun and Safety during the rental period.

Safety Rules:

1. Always have adult supervision at ALL times, when children are in or around the unit.
2. Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the unit.
3. Keep the number of children in the unit at or below the number indicated in the rental agreement.
4. No horseplay or flips.
5. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning.
6. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun.
7. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason.
8. Do not use near water or when fireworks are being used or will be used.
9. Have FUN!
